I have a problem. Despite being in very good shape and eating a very good diet I have a bit of a pot belly that just will not go away!
I have very little body fat and I cannot actually pinch an inch off my belly- it is firm, almost like a pregnant womans stomach! If I tense my abs Naked Warrior style I actually have a clearly defined 8-pack but as soon as I relax it just sticks out again.
My posture is Ok and I dont have too much lumbar lordosis so I just dont know how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?
