Posting Pics

Can someone walk me through posting pics. I am so not good at stuff like this on the computer. I have pics that I am having trouble resizing. I don't get how the dimentions of the pic have to be 500x0. My file type is jpg and the picture is 67KB 640 x 480. If its easier just write to my email

dump them into a photobucket then click on the picture like button and post the url. That is the easiest way..
