Posting a video

Ok I have a movie of my bench, deadlift, and squat.
I wanted to upload it but its in the file format .mov.
I realized this isn't a valid format for the site. :rolleyes:
I looked up .mov converters and found none that matched with the server.
Is there anyway I can post my video? Or could someone link it for me?

Depends on the size of the video...

has free hosting of videos (Quick - 10mb / Free - 25mb)

Then what you do is have them host it for you, they'll give you the links and then you can put the links on here and people can click on them...
