Most donuts have about 200 calories, 7 grams of fat, 45 grams of carbs and 4 grams of protein.

Yikes - not a good food choice in my books.

train splits diff evry day. 45mins weight training 4-6 times a week, 10-15mins high intensity interval training, climbing, boxing, sprinting or swimming
