Just thought i'd add mine in seeing as though theres nothing else to do this lonley night

Height: 5' 3"
Goal Weight: 120 lbs (muscle)
Weight lost so far: 25 lbs (fat and prob abit of muscle)
FOOD
Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 120g oatmeal w/ skim milk
Lunch: tuna burger

with fish oil and brown rice or tuna sandwich, sweet potato and brown rice.
Snacks: natty PB, vegies, musli bar, protein shakes, fruits etc.
Dinner: skinless chicken breast & large bowl vegies.
Daily exercise routine:
Weight train at gym 5 times a week.
Ride bike everyday, swim in the morning often.
I didnt think anyone would want me to go into detail on my routine lol, abit boring.
