Nope, can't stand diet coke. Need that lunchtime pick me up. I don't drink coffee or tea.

I've never felt like eating in the mornings, even when I was at primary school, I never ate breakfasts. I did buy myself some Nutri-grain bars to eat but just never eat them...

zaza tooo much dougnuts are somthing like 70% fat and have no nutrisional value, i try to keep them to a very bare minimum like 1 per year !!! haha

irishjoe-

eating breakie can really help you with your fat loss and it is important for your health. Have you tried having a protein shake? That's what I do when I don't feel like eating/don't have much time. Its quick, and if you pick the right kind it can be tasty and nutritional. This is a good choice especially if your not used to eating breakfast- it goes down easy and makes you feel better all day :)

I did try some MaxiMuscle ones but I couldn't drink them without wreching! If they made a nice one, I could have one of them every morning.
I tried 2 different strawberry ones and a chocolate one.

Can you recommend any that don't taste like poo?

lol, but i love them so much!! lol i was just wondering how much calories r in them cause you get them freshly made so the nutrient values arnt on them.

donut is something bad to have. With all the icing and sugar..idk. I'd guess something between 400 and 800kcal. I'd recommend it to at most once a week. That way its feels great when you actualy have one ;)

So does everyon eat exactly the same thing for breakfast / lunch / dinner all days of the week?

mmm yeah i luv dougnuts tooo there soooo yum specially HOT JAM 1's HAHA mmmmmmmmmmmm but ewww 400-800 cal is heappppps!!!

i have been eating dougnuts every day for the last week, its so hard when my parents buy them and there in the house. i need self control lol!
