I'm new to the forum and wasn't sure which topic to pick to post under. Weight loss is my goal so here we go.
I'm currently pregnant, due anytime now, and my fiance and I need to get into shape after our son arrives. I gained 35 horrible pounds during pregnancy and I can't wait to get into shape after the baby comes. I was just wondering if anyone had any post partum workout ideas to start with. I know that my calorie intake will be different if I choose to breastfeed.. but so far we have a plan to do cardio 5 days a week and weight train for 3 of those days. I'd like to do as many things outside as possible because my maternity leave will be 12 weeks of summer. Thanks for your help!
