Post-Baby Belly progress pics

I don’t have full body shots yet but I have been taking post-baby belly pics because that area is the hardest thing to work on after losing baby weight. It is VERY much possible though. It takes hard work [lots of exercise!] and healthy eating. The rest of my body is coming along nicely too. Im hoping my belly will be normal looking again [minus the stretchmarks lol] by the end of October [my BDay].

FYI- I had my baby February 21, 2008 via c-section. I didn't start working out until the 2nd week of April.

Wow! Huge improvements! Especially going from last month to this month. Good job Kasey, keep it goin!
 
Thanks! I didn't even realize how much of a difference until I saw the pics! Its crazy! I guess Running really does work! lol
 
wow, huge improvement. There's a huge jump this month from last. you're looking great!

My tummy looks similar after 2 c-sections less than 2 yrs apart.... My belly's looking better too this month. I still wonder if that flap will ever go away though. here's to hoping, right?
 
I think it will go away with time. Mine seems to be getting smaller and not as "flappy" looking... Im still hoping! lol

I was wondering if you could tell me What excerices have you been doing ?
any specific diet you were following ??
were you taking any medcines along to help you lose the belly and stretch marks ?

how much time have you been sport Running ?? were you running on a running machine or outside ?

i really want to lose my belly stretch marks and you will help me if you answered my above questions ..

Hey there!

Im not following any specific diet. I don't believe in diets. I eat healthy natural foods. Lots of fruit, veggies and lean meats with lots of protein. I have my occasional snack but when I do I try and opt for the lower fat than the regular. I do a lot of calorie counting. I look at the calories of the things I buy at the store. I also eat 6 times a day, sometimes 7. Consisting of 3 large meals and 3 small meals.

I don't take any weight loss drugs, never have. I don't believe in those either. In my opinion weight loss drugs are just legalized crack. Even if you do take them you still have to follow healthy eating habits and exercise in order for them to "work"........ I do take a womens multivitamin every morning and a fish oil supplement 3x a day. As far as my stretch marks they have gotten smaller through all the running ive been doing. As my stomach gets smaller so do my stretch marks. Mine are also turning into my natural skin tone. There really isn't anything you can do to make the disappear completely but with exercise, healthy eating and even coca butter on them won't hurt. They will get smaller and eventually look like they are fading away.

For exercises ive mainly been doing a lot of running. I have a Gym membership but honestly ive gone maybe like 5 times since having my baby. I get bored in the gym and would rather be outside in the fresh air. I like running because it works the whole body. I have also done bleacher running. I go to the High School football field/track a couple days a week [haven't in a little bit because they are remodeling the bleachers] and they have stadium bleachers there. I have been running sets up and down them along with running and core training exercises.

Ive been running for 5 years. Than there was the 9month stint in which I didn't run.

I don't run on a treadmill [boring] I run outside.

You look good girl! I feel ya, I'm working on my post baby belly, but yours is looking really flat! Keep up the good work!

I know you posted this awhile back, but I had to reply because I've been looking all over for pics like these to give me some hope that the flap can go away! My belly looks exactly like your before pic, minus your cool tattoos of course! You are looking great! I would love to see more progress pics to give me even more motivation!
