possible?

Is it possible to put on say, 7lbs by August? I'm trying to bulk but I haven't added much weight so far, around 3 pounds in 2 weeks. I was a fussy eater when I started but now I would eat just about anything if it helps gain weight and muscle.

I hear pasta an hour before working out is good?
 
Its possible but you need to eat ALOT. If its only been two weeks, give yourself a little more time before you become discouraged or upset. The pasta gives you carbs which can be beneficial prior to an activity.
 
If you want to gain muscle it could be hard, remember, all the weight you put on isent nessicarily muscle, so dont get too excited and start eating ALOT seeing the numbers on the scale getting higher and higher, eventually ull end up looking pretty fat.
 
Well, at the moment I'm 135lbs and I wanna be around 140lbs for my holiday, at the moment I don't mind adding some fat because I'm skinny so I think it'll make me look alot better even with some fat. I'll still be eating healthy and working out/cardio so I don't expect I can put much fat on.
 
yeah, fat is all about how much above maintence you eat. If you eat more carbs than it takes to make your muscles, you will gain fat.
And i guess you are like me, not caring if fat comes along, i dont care, but it i dont get fat nomatter what i do:p

Care to share how? Any fixed diet? I'm only 16 so I can't buy much food myself.
