I am a great believer that ANYTHING can be achieved with a positive attitude and long term correct coaching - I have been a yo yo dieter starting at the age of 14 - now approaching my 44th birthday dropped 3 stone in the past 9 months - and feeling fabulous.
The weight is coming off and staying off! I only wish I had known then what I know now!
 
Great to hear that.. Is there any tips you could give me as i have started a diet. Im 22 5 ft 7 and my weight is 14 stone I play for two football clubs so I train twice a week and play Saturday and Sunday .. I have just started gym.. But struggle to loose the weight .. Is there an amount of intake per day and do you know what it is for a man?? Also is there any apps on the iPhone that you used or may have helped you?
