When i was doing my shoulder presses yesterday, my shoulder kept popping on each rep. It wasnt painful, but was very distracting and caused me to botch my form in an attempt to stop it from doing it. Is this normal? I tried to get it to do it without using weight and it wouldnt. only when i was lifting.
Has this happened to anyone before? and if so, anything i can do about it so it doesnt ruin another workout?
