We all KNOW that after an injury, the best way to get back in the game is to give your body rest and allow it to heal. That said . . .
How badly hurt would you have to be before you stopped working out?
I haven't had any major injuries, but I've justified using an elliptical in lieu of running on a sprained ankle (hey, no impact). And continued lifting, but just with my left arm (and only a little on the right) when I had bad tendonitis in my right wrist. I wonder why it took three months to heal [scratches head]
