Hello! Lets see... I began my little routine about three days ago. Here it is for those three days.

Day 1
(forgot what I ate)
300 jump rope
10 push ups
50 crunches
(must do better on the last two!)

Day 2

Breakfast
Whole wheat tortilla with some ham
Coffee w/ splenda

Lunch
Zone Nutrition Bar (Peanut Toffee)

Dinner
Whole wheat tortilla with turkey

I must remember to drink water, but yesterday I had about 8 cups.

Exercise
50 jump rope
Ran 2.5 miles which took 30 minutes (Will work on getting the time down!)

Day 3 (Today)

Breakfast
Whole wheat tortilla with ham
coffee

Lunch
Shin Ramen
Water

Dinner
Zone nutrition bar (peanut toffee)
lemonade

Exercise
2 mile walk
125 jump rope

I must say that I was quite sore after the 300 jump rope, but walking helped stretch it out. I've got blisters on my feet from the walk today. Does anyone know of anything I can put in my shoes to prevent this? Thank a lot :)
Will definitely try hard to keep this updated.
