plz! help improving PB's split routine

PB is doing a split routine now. i thought up a routine so i am wondering what i can do to improve it i plateud out so heres what im ganna do:
EVERYTHING IS 12 REPS

day1: chest/tris/shoulders
flat bench: 4 sets
military press: 3 sets
incline bench: 4 sets
barbell shoulder raises: 3 sets
dumbell flys: 3 sets

day2: back/biseps/forearms
close grip chinups: 4 sets
bent over rows: 3 sets
wide grip chinups: 4 sets
SLDL: 3 sets
barbell wrist curls: 3 sets

day3: legs/abs
squats: 4 sets
barbell lunges: 3 sets
hanging leg raises: 3 sets
deadlifts: 4 sets
barbell calve raises: 3 sets

day4 repeat monday's
day5: repeat teusday's
day6: repeat wednesday's
day7: rest


thats pretty much it. today i did chest/tricep/shoulder day and i ended up finishing in 55 minutes. PLZ PLEASE PLZ TELL ME IF I CAN(which i know i can) IMPROVE MY ROUTINE! if you want to change anything, you can copy and paste my routine and change the sets/workouts or whatever you want.
