Plz help for my sake.

Okay, Im an 18 year old guy that wants to have a clean cut body. Im not over weight, but I do have some flab. For the past 2 weeks i have been doing 20 pushups in the morning and 50 at night. But, I feel as if it is not enough. I mainly wanna focus on losing body fat.

I have a treadmill at home. The only time I have to run is at night because I have to go to high school and I also have a job. I'm willing to run everyday, but I do not know how Intense this work out has to be and for how long I have to run.
