pls suggest an exercise for my condition

hi
i started weight training 6 month ago ..
my problem is
my upper part of the body is in good shape as well as the legs
but the are just above my buts and bottom part of the side abs also are not in shape there is some fat accumulated over there.
so pls suggest and exercise that will solve this problem..

exercising that part of the body isn't the main problem.

the issue is you have fat that needs to be burned, and you cannot control where the body burns fat.

sure, exercise away...but exercise the whole body. eat right, track your calories, and create a deficit. the fat will slowly fade.
 
actually i think the exercise is not the problem but you should tell your diet first as diet also effects some or whole parts of the body. so do write your diet also.
