I have been dieting for some days now and people have told me how much weight I have lost just after being on my diet for 4 days then when I go and weight myself the scale says that I have gained 2 kgs (4.4lbs). But on the inches I have dropped such inches in different parts of my body. Now what I wanted to know was whether it was completely normal for me to gain weight in my diet while am dropping inches or is there something I am doing wrong in my diet plan. Plz help me.
