Firstly, if this is in the wrong section, I apologise.

Now, on to my question.

I have seen quite a few ads on TV lately of the 'AB King Pro', and was wondering if anyone here could tell me if it's worth getting.

Obviously, I might end up not buying it if I recieve negative feedback. It seems reasonable, but I want to be certain that I am going to be getting my money's worth.

I really want to buy this, and I might be getting it sooner rather than later, but I thought it'd be best if I get some feedback first.

I wouldnt say it was worth £120, when you can do the same exercises on the floor for free, or on a swiss ball for £10!!

get a swiss ball an use it religiously, if you dont get good results, by all means try the Ab King pro.

I assure you that you do not need this...as xander says, a mat and a Swiss ball will do miracles, for a lot less money!!! Get a mat, a Swiss ball and some new workout clothes instead!!!

what are your goals? 99.99% of the time stuff on tv is total crap. the only thing on tv thats worth the money is the total gym. it works just like it says on the comercial. alot of sportsing good stores have the real basic model, id recomend going and trying it out.
