Please rate this training schedule.

How about:

Monday - Full Body Weights + 45 Minute Swim
Tuesday - Cardio + Abs
Wednesday - Full Body Weights + Cardio
Thursday - Cardio + Abs + 45 Minute Swim
Friday - Cardio + Abs + 45 Minute Swim
Saturday - Full Body Weights + 45 Minute Swim
Sunday - Rest Day

On cardio days should i be doing HIIT?

I have no problem with only having One rest day a week. Would that schedule be suitable in peoples opinion? As long as i obviously hit all points on my full body weights each time. A full body workout obviously includes abs, but i plan on doing extra abs work on the days it is mentioned, just to tone them up a bit quicker.

So how do you think it would look if i removed the abs workouts on the cardio days and just did them in my full body workout? Would it be a good start to get burning off some of my BF% and start to tone my body in general?

Also when doing my weights would i be best doing all heavier weights and doing 3-8 reps of each weight, and about 3 sets of each?

Or would i be best with doing 8-15 reps of a lighter weight, 3 sets of each.

Third option could be to do upperbody heavy/lowerbody light, and then alternate each day? This was suggested previsously by Greenetuckian i think. I Will be doing full body workouts to start with, but just wondering which of the three options are better, as i am trying to build muscle and tone up, lower my BF% also so that my muscles will be more defined and my abs will show.

i'm very proud of the full body workout option...if your doing a lot of basic compound lifts during wt workouts (deadlifts, squats etc) then abs shoodn't need a lot of direct work depends if you want an actual 6 pack or not...if doing the same wt workout alternate heavy and light days or go heavy, light, moderate or something like that
