please help

i am 28 ys old have lost over 150 lbs....i currently weigh 163 i am 5ft8inches tall trying to figure out how many calories needed to burn a day to lose 13lbs...i am willing to run 5 days a wk although it will be on my treadmill.

you should be shooting for about 2000-2100 cals a day if you are going to be doing that much activity. Also have you thought about doing some weight training? Or at least bodyweight exersices.
