Please help me, i am a new member desperatly searching help! I am 5'5 weighing at 180. I am very scared because i am in the danger zone from what my doctor tells me. I am only 16 and i want to lose atleast 50 pounds or not more. There are no kinds of machines available to me but i was hoping someone can help me find workouts that do not require machines. I have been walking up and down the stairs in my building but i want variety. My other problem is food. I know that everyone knows how tempting it is especially when there are so many types of food around. But i was wondering if someone can share a diet plan that has worked very well for them and is willing to share it with me please. I want to be able to look nice in my couple of years in high school please someone help
