Please help, Im really desperate.

I really need to find an effective cardio workout to help me lose alot of fat within 50 days. Ive been doing tae bo 2-3 times a week for 3 months and have seen no results. My diet info is below...

(I have been trying to seperate meals by 3 hours and eating about 320 calories each meal 4-5 times a day. I usually eat a total of 1600-1800 calories a day. The only exersise I get is tae bo, Im very inactive aside from that.)

Ive been doing tae bo for about 3 months and I havent lost a pound. I was doing it around 2-4 times a week. why havent I lost anything? I actually gained 5 pounds since starting it. I need to lose alot of fat within 50 days, pelase can someone recommend something? I was considering doing High interval intensity training. 5 times a week with running. Is that ok? I need help and fast. I need to make a decision on what I am going to do.

I duno how to stress how important this is to me.. can some good soul please help me out? This is a last resort thing, I feel really weak for resorting to posting here, and with dealing with the failure these past 3 months have been. I know its my fault though. If I can just do the right amount of exersise i think I can lose enough fat. So please anyone?
 
If you're main concern is loosing weight run. Run in the mourning. Run long, run hard. Take vitamins, drink water. Eat protein, avoid sugar and fat. Sleep.
 
Cut out all pop, even diet and drink water and lots of it! Also cut out all white flour and sugar. Exercise in the morning and again at night. Beachbody.com has great works out - Power 90 is great! Good luck.
