Please define some of these exercises

I was reading another post and liked what it had to say to the soccer player that started the thread and was thinking of using the workout schedule, but I don't have a clue as to what some of the exercises are.
Should I ask one of the employees at the gym to show me some of them or can some of you tell me where I can find something that clearly defines every exercise?
I hate to seem to so ignorant, but the truth is, I am when it comes to all these different types of exercises and which ones would be best for an overall workout or one that works more than one muscle group.

I am clueless about the ones in red and several more that are not listed here.

Thanks and God bless.

I'm not sure of your goals and yes some of this routine will work for you but chances are it will need to be modified.

Have you tried googling for pics of the exercises?

You'll need to be shown how to squat, powerclean and high pull properly, so try and find an olympic lifter or powerlifter to teach you the proper form. If not then you'll have to ask a gym instructor. Stay light on the exercises for at least eight weeks untill to learn the technique and then gradually increase the weight. No quarter squats!
