Please comment on new plan asap

Give any comments about it (what to take out, what to add, etc.).
Also how many reps should I do if i am 16years old 5'8" 125lbs and want bigger chest/arms.
Should i do 3 or 4 times a week.

You need more horizontal pulling, you have 3 horizontal push, (all the bench press) and you need to have atleast equal volume of horizontal pull.
Ditch leg press, only squats. If you do regular squats, pair them with romanian deadlifts, if you do frontsquats, you can have regular deadlifts on the same day. though, both squats and deadlifts 3 times a week could be alot and you would probobly burn out pretty quick.

If you can do chinups and pullups, dont do pulldowns.
What is Cable Pullups?

what is weight row? bendt over rows?
I dont see any vertical push (overhead press, like military press)
