Plateauing and Making Gains

I am satisfied with my proportions, but i want more size now. I've started to eat alot more and eat alot more proteins. Also, it seems like a gain very fast but I plateau really quickly also, then it seems my workouts do absolutely nothing for gains. I've been stuck at around 140 lbs for a long time now and I want to gain more. Any advice?
 
my advice is to change atleast 1 of ur exercise in ur routine every month or mayb every week
try putting on fat which i find much easier than just muscle first if ur skinny from that weight i think u are. it takes about a month or 2 to put on 17kg just by eating 4-5 times a day.

remember it works differently with different ppl thats what worked for me.
