I've been dieting for a bout a month. I am getting a 1000 cal a day deficit, I haven't worked out this week, been feeling kinda crappy. I usually work out 3 times a week. I have been strict with my calories for the entire diet. I have been losing the 2 lbs per week I am aiming for each week, so that's why it's really odd to me to not lose even half a pound this week.
