What's your goal, it seems like you are all over the place! Have you decided that you didn't want to lose more weight/fat? Because it seemed this thread originally started with your plateau and wanting to lose more weight.
What has changed? Why the sudden shift? What happened when you started eating more toward your maintenance like Steve suggested? Did you gain any weight?
Based on what I have read, if you try to bulk up you are going to gain fat as well as muscle, and if you aren't working out as much, you will probably gain more fat than muscle. Are you SURE that you are ready for that? Do you have the dedication it takes?
I'm not trying to bust your chops, but it seems like A LOT of effort and if you have that at 14 or 15 (Sorry can't remember how old you are) while keeping up with school, girls, life etc, then good for you.
