Pilates ??

exercies that focus on core strength, inner strength, and self resistance. Been used by a number of professional ballet companys for many years, and just recently (5 years or so) hit the main stream. It is more for the long and lean look rather then the short and bulky, which is why many dancers practice pilates.

Give it a try! I always admire the guys who take a pilates class cause at least they are trying something new
