Has anyone tried it out?
Today, I decided to take charge of my weight and show it who's really boss. I started doing the Winsor Pilates 20 minute workout after cycling on a stationary bike for 20 minutes.
My problem is that the pilates doesn't feel like "work".
But I also don't want to waste my time doing something that won't give results. So I'd like to know if anyone has tried pilates and cardio with significant results. Obviously, dietary changes must be made as well, haha.
