I'm 5 foot 3 or so (not sure exactly what 163cm equates to).
Now BMI is 21, body fat percentage is about the same.
Have been maintaining since December 06. Now I am back doing classical ballet (I'm 44 years old!!), after dipping my toes in, so to speak, with belly dancing last year for several months. I walk the dog for an hour a day and dance 2 days a week. I'm on 2100 calories per day now. I still record everything I eat, and I think I'll have to do that for life. I've gotten down to the same weight before, only to put it all back on and more, so I'm not going to take any chances this time. Something important I found out this time was that when I diet I get really low iron and this is probably why I would feel like eating so much, to build my iron stores back up again.
