Pic of me today

Here is what I am at right now, I really want to get ripped up as much as I can. I just started running today. I have been lifting weights on and off for 3 years or more,
I have been about the same through out the 3 years.
Maybe a bit bigger then smaller then less BF It changes.
I never got into a real good habbit of running, I am going to try and run everyother day 20-30 min to see if I can get my abs to show.
My diet is usally

Oatmeal beakfast
Turkey raps for lunch
Protine bars in between meals
Egg whites
I am a picky eater and I drive all day so the Diet is the hardest part for me.

Anyone wanna give me pointers that would be great!
 
Make sure to take a good all around vitamin daily and I just started on fish oils which is very benefical. You are going to have to get your heart rate up so make sure to not only jog but start a high intensity program... start at 4 minutes and add a minute every week.

Jog for half a minute, sprint for half a minute, jog, sprint, jog sprint, etc

Start off at 4 minutes and continue until you hit 15 minutes... you will have ripped abs if u continue the program with a good diet and routine. Good Luck!
