Thanks so much!! Its amazing what eating right and working out can do! Im only 1/2 way to were i want to be! Six pack is in my future in the next 3 months i hope!!

Nice job! What kind of routine were you doing? How was your diet? 55 lbs is hella lot of loss in three months, and it doesnt look like you lost much muscle mass.
 
Thanks everyone, this is/was my routine

Sunday- Cardio
Monday- Lift/Chest
tuesday- Cardio/run
Weds- Lift/Abs & Legs
Thurs- Cadio/run
Friday- Lift/ Back
Sat. - Off/Cheat day :cheers2:
 
Dude that is incredible for 3 months! :eek: Nice job man! It took me 9 months to lose that much and I still don't look that good.

Do you focus any days on just your arms or do you let the other excercises cover that? I am starting to train more like you lately in that I am only working one or two body parts per workout instead of a complete upper or lower body routine. I am just trying to fatigue the trained muscle a little more than I would with a upper or lower body workout.
