Hi everyone!


Very pleased so far! I have gone from 221.0 to 212.0!!!!
I have been able to eat all the foods I used to eat! Chinese Pork Steaks(There like sausages but chinese powder on them and there flat lol)
Cheese & Olives etc.

I just replaced all fizzy drinks with low cal no added sugar dilute juice! Which has worked alot better!

I was kinda shocked when I got on scales this morning I thought "It's gonna be 220+! and then it said 212! so I checked 2 more times and still 212! and thirs time was 211.8 lol!

So very happy with that.
I noticed I'm sleeping ALOT better now and I'm walking alot more.
I have a weak bone in my foot and a problem with my hip(I know I'm only 21! I dislocated somthing awhile back so still feeling it >.< )

Also I have to add I been eatting Poradge(milky oats?) for breakfast some mornings and thats been really nice.
