Phase 2
Hello! everyone and thank you for your support last time. I really appreciate the advises I got from all of you which helped me to keep my focus and motivation.
My initial goal was to go from 121kg to 85kg within a year. But things didn't work out as planned and I ended up doing minimum (almost nothing at all) dieting and exercising over the last 8 months. However, miraculously I've managed to maintain my weight at around 103kg. Now things are back in order so I think it's time for me to continue with the plan.
I was informed that this time it is going to be a lot harder to lose weight because the 17.6kg I lost previously should have been water weight. Some even suggested me to use commercially available Fat Burners which I'm giving a serious consideration this time. So if you can recommend a Fat Burner to me that would be highly appreciated.
I started, what I like to call Phase 2, yesterday with 6km (3km at 4kph / 3km at 5kph) walk on the treadmill and 20 minutes workout using the home gym. My calorie intake yesterday was around 1500 calories and 3.5l of water.

and 100.5kg. I was over the moon when I saw my weight has dropped to double digits but it didn't last long and now I'm at triple digits again.
