Personal Training - looking for a program

Hey again,

I am looking for a PT that may be able to help me out in the Florida area (specifically in Tallahassee). I would also like to get help from any trainer here that would like to help through e-mail and online and trust me, I don't mind spending a reasonable amount of money for results. I am a college student so working out isn't always in my schedule but I do make it fit in. Equipment that I have a home: exercise ball and dumbbells. Gym: at FSU. Let me know if you can help or know of any good PT's here in the state. Thanks!

So you directed your friend to yourself?

There are a few trainers on the forum, including myself. You can contact them through PM to see if they are right for you.
 
I sure did direct him to myself why wouldnt I? he is my friend, I live in LA as a trainer and am not likely to be moving to FL any time soon to train a friend. however my website has helped him much along with many others. I apologise if you feel the need to mark it as spam and me as a newb.

Hope you do find what you are looking for in a trainer!
 
I understand you directed him to yourself, but in your first post you should've stated that. "My friend needed help so he is working with me."
