Personal training/guidance needed please

Hello

I am 27, I have been doing spin and body pump for a year but I am in stagnant line I think...or I eat too much?
I still have some fat to lose on my belly but I would like to be shape like the woman on fitness magazine!

What do you advises me?

Right one I started running again..almost everyday between 3.1 and 6nm...but trying to do weight alone is hard...
