First step, admitting that I have a problem. *sigh*

just take it day by day -meal by meal and you will so totally be at your goal :D
 
oh do yourself a favor and take your starting measurements if you havent already - youll be impressed with the changes soon enough

Thanks for the great tip. I will do that ASAP. I do tend to follow my weight loss by how my clothes feel. Having a hard number to watch decrease, will be even more encouraging I'm sure.
