I have been doing full body workouts for quite some time now and have been thinking about changing it up a bit. I have been reading a lot about Periodization. Two workouts inparticular, one set up by Hugo Rivera and the other by Alwyn Cosgrove.
I am still cutting and am at roughly 13% BF or so. I was wondering what some of you thought about this method of training and if you thought it may benifit me and possibly accelerate my results. I know diet is the key and I feel my diet is pretty spot on. I am adhering to a low carb intake on non-lifting days and upping the carbs on lifting days and am eating very clean.
