periodisation do i.......

when using periodisation should i have a small transitional period between mesocycles?, ie if i was using month long messo cycles of muscular endurance, strength, then power, would i have a short brake between moving on from muscular endurance then strength and so on?
 
You might have a deload between phases, you might not. Unfortunately, the only solid advice I can give here is "it depends."

Generally that's up to you. It's a good idea to have a testing phase after a mesocycle to see what effect it's had and adjust your plan accordingly if it hasn't had the results you want. This could serve as a break. You could also have a rest period inbetween mesocycles. Personally if it were me, I'd just want to get straight into the next cycle.

So it's up to you.

A month seems a bit short for a mesocycle btw... 6 week minimum I'd say. 3 Months ideally. Depends on the length of your macrocycle though!
