Pecs

Yeah just a question. Are there any exercises that target specifically the lover part of the pec? After a workout the next day if i get saw its only ever up the top of the chest under the collar bone area and near the armpit never really lower where you want the definition.

Yep ^^

Also i only get aching around the top of my pecs anyway, i think thats just how it is for me!

Any chest exercise on a decline will sort out the lower pec area, however i think most chest exercises work the whole pec anyway. Just dont worry about where it aches the day after, it will be still working your lower pec.

The pec fires as one muscle. While declines target the muscle from another angle, they are not better at activating the pec than flat bench or any other chest activity.

The best plan of attack includes a variety of chest activities, including dips, incline, decline, and variously angled flyes.

He wasnt talking about which targets the pec more but different parts.
While its true it one fibre, the fibres run in two different directions and therefore can be targeted.
