ok where do i start
once upon I time I started building my chest using an old bench
I got good results

Then I stopped training for a good while
a month ago I started training again (new bench)
I have noticed my pecs forming in a more outwards position <-->

what am I doing wrong?

I am using diff bench and bar from I restarted training again maybe the setup could be responsible
let me know what you know
thanks

for the pecs, mainly just bench presses and some push ups

this is a recent pic

i must fillout the centre real good

i think maybe it's because im pressing with my hands more narrow on the bar

Yes. Position of the hands is important.
The wider your hands, the more emphasis is placed on the inner part of the chest.
The closer you hands, the more emphasis is placed on your triceps.
Varying the position can help you sculpt your chest.

J;)

Dumbell flys and butterflies are good for the pecs. I've put up the most weight in butterflies, and my pecs are really nice now.
