pec exercises

hey everyone---

i was hoping i could get some suggestions on exercises for the lower chest area...i have great development in my i guess "outer" pecs and upper... but i was hoping for some exercises that will target the lower...i do push ups...real ones, and bench press, incline press, flys, assisted pull ups, dips, etc...i have access to free weights and a gym...can somone give me some suggestions? also does hand positioning on the barbell matter?

Declined bench presses is sound advice. Also try declined dumbbell fllys. Both are excellent. If you're not familiar with decline flys, ask for advice as it's important you do these properly

Cable chest flyes.
Rather than dumbell flyes where you get less resistance as your arms take the weight, there is a constant resistance throughout the rep.
 
Update

i tried the decline press and flies today and OMG wat a difference...AWESOME! thanks for the advice!
