PBs on diet

Does your training go really well when you're on a diet? It sure does for me, fewer reps but I get stronger heh
Same thing now, just went on a diet a week ago and both gym and running goes really well.. :cool:
 
I dont think of diet in the terms of eating less or losing weight. I always try to eat a well balanced diet when losing or attempting to gain weight.
 
I seem to be weaker personally when I diet. Less energy. But I feel better and because of the extra confidence, I can be more serious in the gym!! ;-) I did really well once with HST training while dieting ;-)
