pb's got a problem(what a suprise)

k so iv been donig full body workouts for around 3 months and iv gotten pretty nice gains. but theyr slowing down and i really want to try out some splits whether it be an uper/lower split or whatever i can get. im just inexperienced and i need some guidance from u guys. kuz you ppl are smart and i feel i can trust you guys so got a simple routine i can use including the exercisies i should perform,, how many reps, rest time ect? thanks much.

Workout A

Superset
- Dumbbell Bench press
- Bent over row

Superset
- Dumbbell Shoulder press
- Wide grip chin ups

Superset
- Very close grip Barbell bench press (great for balance)
- Barbell High-pull

Core - Hanging leg raises

Workout B

Superset
- Squat
- Deadlift (wide grip to put more pressure on traps)

Superset
- Lunge
- Step up (with dumbbels on to a 20 inch box)

Superset
- Wood choppers (high to low cable twist)
- Reverse wood choppers (low to high cable twist)
