k so iv been donig full body workouts for around 3 months and iv gotten pretty nice gains. but theyr slowing down and i really want to try out some splits whether it be an uper/lower split or whatever i can get. im just inexperienced and i need some guidance from u guys. kuz you ppl are smart and i feel i can trust you guys so got a simple routine i can use including the exercisies i should perform,, how many reps, rest time ect? thanks much.
