I decided to do the atkins diet and start a new journal

Day 1
5 chicken wings(small) 200 calories
4 meat balls(small) 190 calories
1 BBQ rib around 300
2 tall glasses of orange juice about 300 calories
1 glass cranberry juice 100 calories

1090 total calories

Exersize

25 minute cardio at fast pace burned 258 calories ran 3.8 miles
50 sit ups on incline
