And so it begins.

Im Officially doing something about my weight!

For the past 2 weeks I’ve cut out all snacks and have been doing 10-20mins on the exercise bike an night. It’s going to be really busy the next 3 weeks with coursework and projects before the summer holidays, so im basically going to carry on with what im doing because i think if i take too much on that’s when i to stress and binge.

My current stats are
Weight - 19 stone 5lbs or 271lbs
Hight - 5’7
(Don’t have any measurements yet)

I want to be 9 stone 126lbs so im going to have to lose around 150lbs.
I have all the time in the world this summer from May till September to kick-start my healthy life.
I joined the gym last September but have been the total of 3 times since. So that’s going to change and im going to go every other day hopefully.

My weight is evenly distributed around my body apart from my stomach and breasts which are much larger, they boobs are kinda genetic to the extent of DD’s but mine have grown past J size as i have grown in weight.

It starts tomorrow and im upbeat about it.

Welcomeee! And embrace the mahoosive boobies. Skinny ladies wish they had racks like ours ;) I must warn you against "Boxercise" classes though..They make you use a skipping rope. Thought I was going to kill someone with my badboys.

Are you kidding? This fat chick wishes she at least had a rack. I pull on a sports bra and the things disappear...the ones on my back look smashing though, lol.
 
UPDATE.
I initially weighed myself a week ago and it read ‘19stone 6.5lbs’. I jumped on the scales earlier (not literally) and it read 19stone 2.5lbs. Im not one for weighing myself every day , but only just started and im anxious to see how much i could lose it a week. And I’d be happy at a loss of 3lbs a week. I worked out my summer break from uni lasts for around 20 weeks. Losing 3lb a week, would be a stone (14lb) every 5 weeks. I could lose up to 4stone over the summer, and return to uni feeling healthier and a little happier. Im not setting my goal as I MUST LOSE 4 STONE BY SEPTEMBER!!! Im going to do a weekly goal of 3lb, and the rest should sort it’s self out.

Three pounds per week is quite a lot. Not to say it can't be done. I think I averaged around 3 lb per week in the beginning, but did not sustain that for long. A goal of one to two may be wiser.
 
I screwed up my initial weight in the beginning and ended up just starting my count at my latest weigh in. As someone else put it, you can go to the bathroom and lose a pound. So I'd suggest starting to track your weight at the new score and go from there.

Three a week is a little extreme. Two pounds a week is a good goal, but be happy if you get one. If you want it to stay off for good it's best if it doesn't come off too quickly. :)
 
weighed myself yesterday at boots, they have a more acurrat scales than my digital bathroom ones...i think? though im like my bathroom scales better at the moment.

according to the boots scales two weeks ago i was 19,10lbs im now 19,5lbs
according to my bathroom scales two weeks ago i was 19,7lbs im now 18,13lbs

im guessing the 19,5 is correct because i dont feel 18,13lbs, a girl can dream! :)

just done 3miles (yes i know thats fuck all!) on the 'bike-backside-braker' excuse me while i pass out.

Update

Update.
Today has been a crap day. i have a deadline and im a worrier, so i lay in bed at night worrying and not sleeping. fell asleep around 5am got up at 5pm, just to make myself feel less like a slob i calculated my average calorie burn every 30mins of sleeping, which for a person off 120kg its 56(ish)calories for 10hours of sleep 1130(ish) calories burnt, yes not the best way of losing weight, but it’s not bad for catching up on some zzzzzzz.
Haven’t weighed myself since my last post, im eating ok, im not overeating , and i tend to be making more healthy choices. I don’t think im going to weigh myself again till the 10th of May which is when my summer holiday of 5 months officially starts , and i can get into my exercise everyday routine.
By the 10th of May hopefully I’ll be at 19stone or less which means i would have lost around 10lbs since Easter.
Anyways i probably not going to update till then, but i will still be checking in on everyone else, because its you guys that motivate me, so thanks.:waving:
 
update.
just checking in, havent been extercising, suprised iv havent put any weight on! still 19.5.
still have lots to do. will go on my exersies bike tonight.
