Parties

if u r tryin to cut is it once in awhile let urself go for a day especially durin a party? b/c im goin to a party later and its disrespectful it u dont fat alot. so is it okay ONCE IN AWHILE.
 
For me those parties are part of the reason why I do this... go ahead and enjoy yourself! You won't break your daily habits on one evening, and that's what it's about in the end.
 
i allllways eat/snack when i go to parties, so knowing this i try to keep the calories down earlier in the day, then you can snack more guilt-free at the party.

and better yet, bring your own healthy snacks like a shrimp ring...low cals, high protein, and tasty!! or baked chips, diet pop/soda etc
