Pain

I am having a pain in my elbow in one of my arms when I work out. I have stopped working my biceps for sometime.

I think the pain originated from using a ez curl bar and having the bar slanted to my left side so there was more weight on that side.

Any tips on healing??

(I think i have tennis elbow)
 
If you have elbow tendonitis, and only your doctor can diagnose this, not some nutjob on the internet like me, you will have to lay off that joint for some time - 4 weeks minimum, 8 weeks is better. Some people take NSAIDS, others don't, some ice, I don't think ice helps. Do what your doctor recommends.

If you continue to work it before the tendon has a chance to heal, if it is tendonitis, you will exacerbate the problem and delay the recovery.
 
You'll find that you'll stop getting this feeling after a few sessions as your muscles get used to the exercise, so just wait until the pain wears off and keep at it.
Besides, the pain is just reminding you that you've worked hard.
 
Yes Frisile this is a reason, people get this problem and they just cant bear pain after having a workout but, I think that we have to be very patient as this is due to work out and soon you will be recover.
