pain in traps (i think)

so just between my shoulder blades ive gotten some pain/soreness..
this is NOT the usual muscle strain i have made two posts about earlier on this forum.
its just between my shoulderblades. it doesnt hurt alot the pain isent constant, its like your pulse, it feels like it comes and goes with very short (maybe a second or less) time between. I usually get it on the days after i lift (full body all gym days), been noticing it more when i started oly lifting.
could it be that im just working my traps more than im used to? i dont feel any soreness in my traps (expet for the upper ones at the neck, but this pain is between the shoulderblades, middle traps i would guess) the day after, exept for this weird sensation im telling you about now.

so, any ideas?

Karky,

I am sure you can work out the usual reasoning or one of the experts would help you but let me just give another side.

In normal daily life, pain in traps / shoulders is usually caused by stress.
Just wondered if you have ruled out this possiblity.

hmm.. would exams = stress?
thing is, ive had it before, and my everyday life isent all that stressfull, its just now with the exams.. but like i said, i have felt them before.

It sounds like it's your rhomboids more than your traps. If you did a nex exercise or had wrong form somewhere that could do it.
