I've been curling 20lb dumbells for a couple of weeks and think I may have overdone it a bit. I think that maybe i didnt give my arms long enough to recover and now i have an ache in both my elbows and the joint sometimes clicks when i straighten it. Should i go on training but lightly? am i doing something wrong or is this just what happens. ps its not the 'burn'... I havnt lifted for 4 days and its still happpening, not as badly though.
